1. Applicability

1.1 These terms and conditions apply to the use of the OpenFFLs.com platform ("Service") by the CLIENT and to the access and use of the website www.openffls.com. By accessing and using the Service, the CLIENT agrees to the following:

• 1.1.1 Acceptance of these terms and conditions by the CLIENT.
• 1.1.2 The CLIENT understands that the information provided during the account registration process is critical for the proper functioning of the Service.
• 1.1.3 A user account will be created for the CLIENT based on the data provided during registration.
• 1.1.4 The CLIENT is fully responsible for managing the confidentiality of information on the platform, ensuring that only authorized individuals have access. The CLIENT acknowledges that any damages arising from improper management of such information are their sole responsibility. However, both parties agree to promptly notify the other in case of suspected or detected misuse of the platform.
• 1.1.5 If the CLIENT is using OpenFFLs.com on behalf of another entity, they declare they are authorized to do so and agree to these Terms and Conditions on behalf of that entity.
• 1.2 If the CLIENT does not agree with these Terms and Conditions, they must immediately cease access and use of the platform and website www.openffls.com.
• 1.3 These Terms and Conditions serve as a complementary explanation to the Contract between the CLIENT and OpenFFLS.com, binding both parties to its terms. In case of conflict between these Terms and Conditions and the Contract, the provisions of the Contract will prevail.
• 1.4 It is the CLIENT’s responsibility to keep themselves updated with the latest version of the Terms and Conditions. Continued use of the platform after any updates implies voluntary acceptance of the updated Terms and Conditions.
• 1.5 The last update to these Terms and Conditions was on February 2025.

2. Service

• 2.1 The OpenFFLs.com platform provides a directory of licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) holders across the United States. It allows users to search for FFL dealers, verify credentials, and connect with licensed dealers.
• 2.2 OpenFFLs.com does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of the FFL information provided. The CLIENT must verify the FFL details independently before engaging in any transactions.
• 2.3 OpenFFLs.com is not responsible for any consequences, damages, or legal issues arising from relying on incorrect or outdated FFL information obtained through the platform.
• 2.4 All communications conducted via OpenFFLs.com are the CLIENT's responsibility, including verification and legal compliance in transactions.

3. Limitation of Liability

• 3.1 OpenFFLs.com and its affiliates are not liable for any inaccuracies, misrepresentations, or errors in the Federal Firearms License (FFL) information provided on the platform.
• 3.2 The CLIENT acknowledges that it is their sole responsibility to independently verify the validity and accuracy of FFL information before proceeding with any firearm-related transactions.
• 3.3 OpenFFLs.com shall not be liable for any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the platform, including loss of profits, legal repercussions, or any consequences resulting from reliance on incorrect FFL information.

4. Privacy of Data

• 4.1 OpenFFLs.com is committed to ensuring the confidentiality and integrity of all data entered on the platform. For more information, please refer to our Privacy Policy.
• 4.2 Personal data of the CLIENT’s representatives and contacts will be handled in accordance with the Privacy Policy, which is available on the OpenFFLs.com website.

• 5.1 All products, services, and content available through OpenFFLs.com are protected by intellectual property laws.
• 5.2 These Terms and Conditions do not grant the CLIENT any rights over the intellectual property of OpenFFLs.com or its services.

6. Links to Third-Party Websites

• 6.1 OpenFFLs.com may provide links to third-party websites. These websites are not controlled by OpenFFLs.com, and the platform is not responsible for their content or any risks involved in using them.

7. Final Provisions

• 7.1 OpenFFLs.com reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. All updates will be communicated on the platform, and continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of the changes.
